The EPA is pulling the globull warming card as a reason to ban HFC coolants by next January, and they could care less about whether or not businesses can find or afford alternative gases or cooling methods for refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners. The EPA, like the ATF, is another rogue agency that I wish would disappear. This whole "making stuff up as we go" without the need for legislative approval thing is not good for the people or the United States.

Not too long ago, the EPA said HFC was good to go as an more environmentally-friendly alternative to HCFCs. What a circus! These agencies flip-flop more than a politician!

“The [current] technology is becoming obsolete,” Mahapatra told FoxNews.com. “I do not believe this new rule would kill business. If anything it is an amazing opportunity for American businesses to be leaders. In five, 10 or 15 years, when the rest of the world is looking to buy new technology, they will look toward to the U.S. to buy it.”
Tell that to smaller, locally-owned grocery stores and other business that can't afford to gut their commercial freezers/fridges and replace them with new whiz-bang versions.

This is just another step in the Libturd's playbook to "fundamentally change" America. In order for the economy to collapse, they have to make sure all small businesses fold so the only "solution" left is for the Fed to step in and take over and, eventually, nationalize most of the economy.

Barack Insane el'al-Bama promised this and he's just carrying it out before he leaves office.

This is pure liberal speak. Every time bullshit like happends they try to make it seem like its going to so much better with people standing up and suddenly creating something better.
Just like when they passed obamacare and people were loosing their jobs over it. Their spin was that it freed people from "job-Lock" also known as employment. "People can now become artists and poets" -- That is an actual quote that some bitch like Nancy Pelocy said. Artists and poets not only make no money but also don't have health insurance.

And who will "make them"?

We, the People should have acted a LONG time ago. Instead "We, the People" just keep re-electing pure assholes.

The ballot box is a lost cause, and based on some of the absurd court rulings lately, I'd say the jury box is also a lost cause.

You know what the only remaining option is.......

Great idea! Then when the units start leaking a corrosive and choking cloud of noxious gas, killing, blinding, and maiming dozens to hundreds of people, we'll know who to blame! :whatever: :duh:
