Looks like the caper has been solved.

The sheriff's department has been hot on the trail of the stolen Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon and Sheriff Pat Melton now tells LEX 18 that the case is bigger than anyone ever expected.

That's been a couple years since the Pappy was lifted.

That sheriff must like the good stuff...he was on that case like a blood hound. :D

Plus that stuff is worth some serious coin. It didn't sound to me like the guy had sold any of the Pappy, but who knows. Cowdry has been following this since the Pappy heist, I guess it caused quite a stir in Kentucky. I'll bet Buffalo Trace has better security now.

Yeah, I hear ya. I guess being a master criminal just wasn't in the cards.

I would like to have about 10 cases of Pappy tho. :)

Funny...the difference in what I meant vs what you thought I meant. Head of loss prevention for Buffalo Trace would be a hoot! Stealing liquor not so much.

Rick,
I've been meaning to ask you who the inbred-looking dude w/ the bad haircut is in your latest avatar?

If he's a relative or role model, my apologies in advance.

Okay, except I have no idea who Dickie Bennett is or what Justified is.

Okay, except I have no idea who Dickie Bennett is or what Justified is.

Justified is a cable TV show about a US Marshall in eastern Kentucky. The Marshall, Rayland Givens, has the habit of ventilating folks with his .45.

Dickie, is one of the bad guys. Its a highly entertaining show. You should check it out.

I think he should be Sheriff McClelland From Night of the Living Dead.

That was from his Brit TV show Foyle's War. Very good series set during WWII in southern England.

Great series. No explosions or bouncing tits, just decent stories fleshed out with good acting. I've liked everything I've seen Kitchen in personally. It can be found on both Netflix and Amazon.

Foyle's War was a great series. There are a lot of unusual & pretty good British tv shows streaming on NetFlix these days.
