WTF, now that everyone is having grabbers and watching their numbers we can't talk about smokin and drinkin and cookin? Try this one if it sounds good to ya. Squeeze half a lime, couple shakes of worcestershire and hot sauce over a tall glass of ice. Fill half way with tomato juice (I like low sodium V8), fill to the top with beer. Stir and enjoy.

A chelada should have clamato, not tomato juice.

Not necessarily. There are a few variations. Now why don't you post a recipe for something? Got nothing? Well then a pic of some titties. LOL.

Still smokin, still drankin, still roasting steer on the Weber. Plan all doing all 3 later on today.

Ditto. I got a new rotisserie rig for the Weber. I put an eye of round in some marinade yesterday and its going on the spit this afternoon.

Whelp, it's just Ian, my youngest boy, and I today. I'm going to grill he and I some burgers here a little later.

I'm also sipping on a Coors and smoking a Fuente. I'm out on the patio enjoying this beautiful day.

I think over the 4th I'm going to do up some ribs or maybe some lamb chops.

Lamb chops. Hells yeah!

They are tasty. I cook them just like steak except for the inclusion of some rosemary in the seasoning mix.

I wonder how much "bad stuff" was in those two ginormous bacon cheeseburgers I just scarfed? :)

You are a man of discerning taste, Stan. hose undercrowns are one of the most overlooked and underrated cigars out there. My spit roasted beef and sweet corn was a success. Washed it all down with a few margaritas and a Drew Estate. Sat out on the deck with the wife and contemplated life in this rapidly evolving cultural revolution we find ourselves in. Pretty amazing things we're seeing in our lifetime.

I am ashamed that the country our parents left us has been so screwed up by "us"and fear for our children.....
