those who may remember back around october 08 i got a foreclosed house next to a 5 acre lot me and my wife own.we sold my house uptown and moved my wifes singlewide out at the house.weve been living in the trailer and working on the house all this time.its been like an old onion every layer you peel back theres another one that needs to be peeled off.almost 2 years and 30k over budget were close but not quite done.im uploading albums to photobucket as we speak.

Been there, done that. It's a lot of work, just don't let your wife sell it while your out of town working. :D Really like the well house! You'll really like it when it's finally finished.

I didn't go through all of them but that looks like a serious redo. I've been working on mine so long some of the first things I did are now needing repairs but I still like doing that stuff.
That's nice having the living quarters while you do the work on the house, good job.

I spent a month rehabbing a house this spring, they can be alot of work but that's insane :) You must have some serious patience.

we found a handy man for $10/hr turned out to be family.he did most of the heavy hitting stuff youd think he was a meh-ikkin as hard as he worked.most of the overbudget went to paying him but wed still be framing walls by now if it werent for him.
