Locke man accused of illegally owning, selling handguns

The state police arrested a Locke man Tuesday accused of illegally selling and possessing numerous handguns.
David C. Crandall Jr., 50, of 858 Main Street, is accused of selling several handguns to undercover police during an investigation that went on for at least a month, Cayuga County District Attorney Jon Budelmann said.
