I've seen similar vids of purported Russian camps just across the border proper from Ukraine, filled with tanki.
My current scenario goes thusly;

Aug 24th/28th 2015 Ukraine employs overbearing force to push DPR/LPR out of Ukraine into Russia.
Russia steps in and pushes Ukraine back towards Kiev....... on its way to Berlin.
NATO steps in.

After that the agenda is wide open. It'd be nice if the poly ticks could shut this down before it gets going but the massed armor on both sides gives me the idea that poly ticks have chosen the military solution.

This is a frequent military tactic. The Allies even used it on D-Day by securing the beaches then moving inland. After a short respite, the armored columns advanced, gaining ground, re-securing their positions, etc.
It wasn't until the "Battle of the Bulge" that the Germans mounted a really massive counter-attack in a desparate effort to forestall the inevitable.
These tactics are not unlike what the "progressive/liberals/democrats" have been doing for the last 50-75 years to erode the Constitution. :2cents: :anger:
