Looks like something I might have written. I wonder what his stance is on existing infringements like the 1986 machinegun ban and the 1968 GCA which gave us that mythical sporting purpose.

Unfortunately the 1934 NFA is a tax, not a ban. Super Court inJustice Roberts decreed taxing is legal when he ruled on obama-care.

Glad L1A1 posted this. It makes me feel a whole lot better about Trump becoming the next President. I'm happy with either Trump or Cruz as President.

I read the rest of his policy statements and they looked pretty good, and with much more specificity than I would have thought based on news reports. This is what happens when I take the time to read for myself, I always learn new things.
