I would bet that she takes any gun death, justifiable homicide (self-defense), police shootings (both good and bad), suicides, murders, accidental deaths, and deaths where a gun was in the area but not used to get to that number. It is not whether the number is truthful, it is whether the number can be used for political purposes by people trying to sway the opinion of low information voters.
