Duplicating Military Loads

I am about to reload 3k .223's. The .62 grain bullets shouldn't be a problem, but has anyone worked up the rest of the load to duplicate the military loading?

Powder? Grains? OAL?

I want to start this in the next month or so and I'm ashamed to say that I don't even have a round to measure! :dizzy:
