Bulgarian 5.rt mags for $15?!

According to the website selling them, they are steel reinforced, but they appear to have plastic locking lugs from what I can tell. But for that price I'll take 'em, should be at least marginally better than my Tapco mags and the price is comparable. So I ordered 3. Anyone have experience with them?

The letter keys R and T are directly underneath the number keys 4 and 5. In other words, it looks like a typo.
