That figures. Both of MD's voted no. I guess they don't want it known how badly the Dims have managed our money. Idiots.

Notice how the vote is split along party lines almost perfectly. However, I imagine the people who own the fed have more dirt on the legislative branch that even 0bama does and the vote would never pass, let alone survive the 0bama veto.

As expected my Senators voted to maintain a hands off approach to the Federal Reserve. The same party that can't wait to get their hands into all aspects of private business don't want anyone seeing what is happening in the Federal Reserve.

For those that see no difference between the Republicans and Democrats, this is a clear example. While Republican politicians may support increasing government they still do not trust it and put in processes to provide oversight. Democrats fight for bigger government and then say do their best to prevent oversight because only government can be trusted. Besides this vote look at how Democrats has obstructed investigations into the IRS, Benghazi, Clinton's e-mail server, Fast and Furious, immigration violations, etc, and that is just the recent past. They even tried to prevent investigations into Representative Weiner's pictures. They both need to be watched, but Democrats do their best to impede any watching.

Surprisingly, our "stroke-addled" RINO Kirk voted YES.
NOT surprised that "Tricky Dicky" Durbin voted NO.
