I'll be picking up the mid length and an A2 upper next Jan for my kid's builds.Great prices for complete uppers and lpk, the complete rifles are a great buy for under $800.

Rifle kit is $469 and lower receiver is $100= $569

Why buy a complete rifle and pay the Gram-Pittman tax on the whole thing?

Plus, those don't have chromed barrels - which you can specify with the kit - along with any other changes you want.

I have three AR's assembled from del-ton kits and stag lowers and all are excellent carbines - so no flies on del-ton - just the "method" of purchase so to speak.

Assembly is cake.

$180 is nothing to sneeze at - that'll buy some mags and 1/2 a case of ammo.

:)

Here's the last one I put together.

I echo the sentiment. I have been very satisfied with my Del-Ton upper. If I needed a new rifle, I would not hesitate.

I've had three of thier kits. Never had any problems with them.
A few months ago there was an issue with some bolts that were not ptoperly hardened.
But Delton took care of the issue.

Count me in on the "I like Del-ton" group. My piston upper is a morphed mid-length Del-ton upper.
