It came across my social media feed from "SubjectPolitics". Snopes debunked it but snopes has also been debunked. Where do you get accurate fact checking any more? Either way my suspicion is that the maps may not be exactly accurate, but generally depict reality.

Well, they do seem to coincide with the "peaceful" riots and the concentrations of gimmedats and dindunuffins.
