Umm, those are isis guys who overran a Syrian/Russian fob. Since they were run out of Aleppo and various places in Iraq, they've had time to regroup and move forces under 0bama's cover. They allegedly got a surface to air launcher or two and missiles in this attack, one like the one that allegedly took down that airliner over Ukraine.
