My policy is to not visit any place where English isn't the primary language, and some of those I am very leery of.

So this would tell me it is time to remove all our military and their equipment from the safety of Iraq and let them deal with all the bloodshed that would follow.

No that would be foolish. We saw what happened there after obama announced the troop
