I remember you guys saying essentially "What's the point of buying it anymore?" LOL
Playboy USED to have the best articles in the biz. Remember that Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 was first published in serialized form in Playboy. William F. Buckley used to write articles that appeared in Playboy. (!) But editors change and I saw a change in them now being overrun by idiot libtards.
Now Playboy has to avoid falling into the same trap as other 'men's magazines'. Most of them existed during the 50s and 60s, when CONSERVATIVE was the 'establishment'. That counter culture bullcrap doesn't exist any more. The LIBTARDS run the culture right now, they run entertainment, Academia and the NEWS MEDIA. "to resist the man" no longer means resisting anything right wing, even though the Media (and some actresses) are stick in a 1960s flowerchild mindset. That boat has sailed and it sank a long time ago. Many 'men's' magazine lost subscribers due to the magazine's relentless pushing of the Liberal Democrat Talking points. There is a huge difference between criticizing extreme religious puritanism and smearing anyone 'right of center'. We'll see, but one of the many reasons my older friends just stopped getting the magazines (and the internet being free is just ONE facet), was that the editorializing was annoying. If they tread that fine line and not drive away HALF of their subscribers by insulting them, then they'll do okay.
