So, for like the last year, maybe longer, I couldn't log in. I also couldn't create a new account, I tried a few times. During that time I was using Chrome as my browser, right now I'm on FireFox.
Anyway, I find that to be pretty weird. Just to be safe I'm blaming Krapski. :roflwithfeetcv2:

I'm getting ready to light up a R y J Churchill. These are Cuban's and have about 30 months of humidor time on them. Not a bad stick, bit on the mild side, but tasty nonetheless.

Oh, I'm also swilling some Hamm's this afternoon. Don't judge me!!! :fuckyou:

Well, aren't you a sight for sore eyes...

Welcome back, my friend.

Did you ever get around to building that big boat of yours?

Hopefully retirement's treating you well...

Yes, I'm sure you've missed me. :tongue0002:

No, didn't build the boat, had a heart attack instead, seemed easier. :smiley_freak:

Bought a camper and truck in lieu of a boat as a compromise with my better half. Flogged that rig hard, sold it, looking for something more swanky.

Might have to find yourself a decked out RV. ;)

Looking forward to some summer camping myself...

I'm most likely going to end up with a 35',.... 5 or so year old,..... diesel pusher. Wife wants to cross the Rockies and tow her MKZ, that takes a turbo diesel.

Welcome back! I had wondered where you got off to. Glad that the heart attack didn't slow you down too much, though it should slow you down a little!

Welcome back.

Actually the reason you couldn't create a new account was the site owners had that feature turned off. Go figure!

I'll bet that helps with recruiting new blood. :dammit:

Howdy. I didn't get bored, the election was the most interesting one in my lifetime.

Hello stranger. You old vexatious, disagreeable, irksome cur.:nutkick: Glad you made it through the grabber. I had 2 close friends die since we spoke. Both the same age as me. Scared me so I quit smoking, lost 30 lbs. and laid off the sauce. Feel great but damn I miss my old vices.

Welcome back, Rick. Sorry to read about your heart attack...those are nothing to mess with. I've lost 6-7 friends & neighbors in recent years to that beast. Youngest was 48, the oldest early 60's. Hope you are looking after the old ticker.

Hey, Chief, good to see you. Sorry to hear about your comrades. I've lost two associates in the last 18 months to cancer. Kind of fucked up as I worked in the same shop with these guys for years.
Good for you on the weight loss and what not.

Hey Matt. :santa2:

Yeah I had my episode when I bought my wife her latest car. Hassled all morning with the dealership assholes, went home and had a heart attack before I could get in the door. Weird part is I have no plaque or any other obstructions that usually lead to such events. My cardiologists believes it was induced by stress and mild dehydration. He basically told me I needed to chill out, because yeah, thats me, all chill and shit. :ireful3:

Likewise, sorry to hear about your loss. I knew both these guys over 30 years. Like brothers. Then within the span of a year my world got noticeably smaller. Makes you realize life's uncertainty...among other things.
