I have a good friend that just moved to Houston to take a job as a teacher. Sad but funny that just before she left I warned her about making sure she got a place to stay was not in a known or near a known flood zone. Little did I know!

That is good advice anywhere. My wife asked me if our place could flood. And the answer is
no, well yes if we need the ark again.

It seems as though sometimes there is an intermittent outage. Sometimes the net works, sometimes it doesnt. :-/
