I've heard some pretty solid analysis that paints the new Scotus pick as being very PRO GUN. I'm VERY HAPPY!

Is he pro gun personally, or just pro gun constitutionally; i.e., does he just up hold the Constitution without giving thought about guns one way or the other?
Living in D.C., did he go out and buy a gun after the Heller decision?

Either way, about as good a nominee as we could hope for considering the swamp that is D.C..

Its my understanding that's it's constitutionally. He wrote an opinion that heller should extend constitutional protections to semiautomatic rifles. I think trump did us a solid with this pick.

Just think, if the Notorioius RBG finally leaves, we may see a review of the NFA & GCA.

Of course she will have to be hauled out of SCOTUS in a body bag.

That would be worth a celebration in itself.

He's ARGUED in the past that BANS against so called "Assault weapons" are NOT constitutional! WOO HOO. That is FANTASTIC!!!

Can you imagine the SHIT SHOW we would have had if HILLARY had won and selected another LIBTARD on the SCOTUS?

Well the left thinks its ok to cause a scene every time they see a republican. Why not start a thing where people yell "HEY!" as hard as they can whenever they see RBG? Fair is fair.

President Trump has been on a winning streak. First, his jobs report for June was fantastic as 213,000 jobs were added to the nation’s employment. He pardoned the Hammonds, from the Bundy Ranch affair. In fact, I reminded someone that the President promised we’d be winning so much, that we would be tired of winning.

I was preparing an analysis of how various minority groups were beginning to support Trump in much larger numbers. Both black and Hispanic support has more than doubled. Brandon Straka is leading a march for LGBT people to leave the Democratic Party. The Democrats continue to have money issues and the great, anticipated Blue Wave, has all but evaporated. Then disaster struck.

This report is short, not-so sweet and very much to the point. In a quick sentence, Brett Kavanaugh is Deep State and he represents Deep State interests. I have no idea what Trump could have been thinking. And in a shining moment, I understand why my friends and coll eagues, such as Dr. Ted Broer, has decisively soured on Trump as a conservative president.Today I am leaning very much in that direction.

Napolitano said there were positives about Kavanaugh, such as his "pro-life" and pro-gun and pro-police views. But he also charged Kavanaugh is "pro-Obamacare."

First rule of thumb: Don't believe "everything" the media says.....

Don't think it really matters. The second amendment is quite clear. If the new justice upholds the constitution, no worries...

Good enough for ME!!!!!

AntiGun Senator Chris Murphy (D) of Connecticut Tweeted:

"Brett Kavanaugh is a true Second Amendment radical. He believes assault weapon bans are unconstitutional, a position way out of the judicial mainstream, far to the right of even late Justice Scalia."
