It seems the only way to stop this stupidity would be for manufacturers to tell the various commiefornia police forces that as long as bullet stamping is law, they will no longer sell firearms to any police or government agency.

Yup. All ammo manufacturers should refuse to comply with law (if it stands) and make sure no ammo is sold in CA, especially to law enforcement. And, if CA tries to circumvent the law by buying from a distributor, then the ammo manufacturers should let them know they will not sell or them if they continue selling to CA law enforcement. Cripple them as much as possible and let them know they are stupid.
