I've often wondered about the concept of leveling the reticle to the firearm. this assumes that the firearm is level when you are holding it. due to how it fits you it might have a slight cant. what I have tried is to use a plum line (so I get a perfectly perpendicular reference, and hold the firearm comfortably in the position I will shoot it from most, ie from a bench, prone etc. and then alight it with the plum line. any thoughts?
