So any parts kit you buy with a barrel shorter than 16" is constructive possession of an SBR? that'd be a stretch.....

Any "stretch" is all the BATF needs to bring charges against you.... The best thing to do is not even give them that "stretch."

I own an AR-15 rifle, a Registered SBR AR-15 rifle AND a 9mm AR-15 pistol..... I'm going to hell!!!!!

There is just NO reason to swap out the parts to make something illegal in my case. Plus these days with the "arm braces" you can make all the SBR type rifles you want without any ATF paperwork... Of course you cannot make a pistol from a rifle... only the other way around, but you can go back to pistol.

Im chomping at the bit with two sbr stamps out there waiting.
I love how they cash your check the first day they get it then take 6 months to send the stamp.

Ive got a handful of AR pistols, but it isn't the same imo....Especially with a Krink.
