It's ok for you to be disarmed as long as she has her armed security detail with no restrictions as to what arms they carry. It's also fine for an infestation of foreign criminals to come into the country and live on your dime while preying upon your community as long as you live next to them while she doesn't since she's safe in her walled and guarded community.
