(Marshall County, MS 11/3/2010) Leaders in one County pass a law to keep residents from getting shot, then abruptly reverse course and rescind the law.
It started when neighbors started complaining about folks shooting their guns for target practice in the backyard.
They saw it as a safety issue, and Supervisors agreed, until they learned about others' concerns.
