Ginger Lynn didn't enter the porn world until 1984, AFTER Colleen Applegate (aka Shauna Grant) had killed herself and the porn world was looking for a 'new starlet'. Amber Lynn (aka Laura Lynn Allen) didn't start doing porn until 1983, when she first starred in Bobby Hollander's personal touch series. So it couldn't be 1978. Ginger would have been 16 and Amber would have been 15 at the time.

No I'm not a porn historian. I just remember this because back in the 90s I met both of them separately. Ginger Lynn was genuinely nice. Amber Lynn was just like the 'hardened professional stripper' mentality you come to expect with 'pros'. :) But THEY WERE SURE LOVELY in their prime :D

Amber Lynn was never a real beauty in the face. She did all she could with makeup, hairstyles (of the time) and of course, a smoking hot body. I still am amazed at how fit she is at 47.
