Without reading this article, AT and unconstitutional F has said many times if it can lower the sound level, it is an NFA item. That is why one version of the GSG-5 Carbine had the muzzle cover recalled because ATF said it could be modified to reduce sound level. So intent is also covered under the blackmail tax of the NFA.

There were two versions of the fake can. The one on the MP-5SD clone was the "potentially evil" one.
