I have seen them before.These look like the Chris Reeve knife that has been discontinued.

Schrade was bought by Taylor back around 2004 after which most of their line started coming from China. Not saying you can't get quality knives from China as Spyderco offers some outstanding models from there but Schrade/Taylor isn't Spyderco.

AKTexas is right, it looks like a close copy of a Chris Reeve Project II

For $60 and change it might be ok to mess with but for a real survival type knife I'd keep looking.

I do not recall where I read the review,but they did not get high marks for durability.High on the cool factor but sustained heavy use I do not think it will hold up as a survival knife.
