Does anyone know that Dealer who sold Orginal Russian Tokarevs?

I don't remember how I found him, but I think he put an Ad in the Shotgun News, now renamed Firearms News. I one bough a nice Original 1940 which was about 75% Percent Finish left, and all Matching except for the Barrel that was shot out. I replaced the Barrel with another Russian Barrel, with no SN: on it. I wonder if anyone knows who I am referring to? He sold Tokarevs that had no Safety added to then, The one I bought was a Bring back. He had a Catalog on a few Pages. I wish I remember who he was. and I wish I had that TT-33 still. Paul
