Yes it is a little ugly but with a little care, it could look pretty good.

its the dust cover, its down out of its grove and setting down against the receiver. thats why i remarked its missing a carrier, that alone would have held it up even if it was not in its notch in the rsb.

You're right. The Romanians used an even uglier front grip for the underfolder models. The handguard retainer looks kinda weird to, like they just sorta rigged the front handguard in place.

WOW an i thought my Wasr 10/63 UF wasnt made too good... thank goodness i got a one that was a eazy fix.
