Maybe because when you cycle the lever, it "automatically" loads a bullet in the chamber....? :conf44:

Semiauto means it loads itself, without a separate action by the user. Bolt action with a magazine is the same as a lever action.

I know that, but do they know that?

I'm just trying to figure out how they might have come up with that idiotic statement...... Based on their definitions, Commucrats would have a field day using that as a reason to go for a whole new category of firearms, using their insane classification system.
