Norinco JW-9

I picked up a Norinco JW-9 at a gun show last week. I know nothing about .22 Norinco,but it looked like a decent rifle. Heavy barrel that gets bigger at the muzzle,1980date with the arrow sticking in a bullseye.

Anyway, I`ve looked it up on the innerweb and cann`t find out much about it. I got hits on theJW-15 but not much on this model. Anyone have one? Or know anything about them.

OhioMadMan, I do agree, information on the Norinco JW-9 seems to be very scarce. The only thing I could find is a picture of one that had been painted for sale on Hoosier Gun Works

You might try visiting rimfirecentral.com to see if anyone over there has some information on them.

I haven't even heard of this model but it should be a good gun if it compares to other Norincos I've had. Be sure to post a range report after you've taken it out.
