whats a fair price for a SS para ordnance P10 in .45?

Whats a fair price for a SS para ordnance P10 in .45? I am selling mine and I have only ran 20 or so rnds through it before I got a hankering for a new rifle.
It's in near perfect condition and I know I won't get retail for it but what could I get for it realistically?

IDK depends how long you want to sit on it ? I guess 450-475 should be a fast sale .

really? I thought it would be worth atleast $500 or so. Why the dip in value you think? economy or are sub compacts falling out of fashion now?
