So, seeing as it is a big family get together night around the country, what are you all feasting upon this evening?
I'm doing a variation of Puerco Pibil. 6-7pounds of slow roasted fuck you mohammed goodness wrapped in banana leaves. Sided by scalloped potatoes,sweet potatoes and bacon, and some form of Green beens.
Accompanied by a nice orange margarita rimmed with Salt, sugar and Chili powder. Been into those all afternoon.
My wife is in the kitchen making Brandy snaps that smell so good my teeth hurt already. It smells like a sugar factory in here.
