Here's nice website I just found... http://www.patriotshelpingpatriots.com

12 meals for "free" to try... just $9.95 for S&H... they make you go through a quick 5 minute video before you get to order your "free" 12 servings...

Then you have an opportunity to refer friends, for every friend you refer you get $3.00 bucks in your account towards future purchases... I'm not in it for the referrals, I did order the 12 servings though... $10 bucks is pretty cheap.

They've got a pack of 380 servings for $359:

Includes—
27 Soups: 3 Cheddar Broccoli,
3 Creamy Potatoes, 3 Minestrone,
3 Potato Cheddar, 3 Chicken Noodle,
3 Pasta Fagioli, 3 Tortilla, 3 Italian Chicken, 3 Corn Chowder
24 Entrees: 3 Vegetable Beef Stew,
3 Seasoned Instant Potatoes, 3 Chili Mix/Corn Meal Dumplings, 3 White Cheddar Sauce/Shells, 3 Cheesy Chicken Rice Casserole, 3 Chicken Pasta Alfredo, 3 Au Gratin Potatoes, 3 Beef Stroganoff
6 Breakfasts: 3 Granola, 3 Oatmeal
3 Dairy: 3 Whey Milk
4 Baked Goods: 1 Pancake Mix,
1 Whole Wheat Bread, 1 Corn Muffin Mix, 1 Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
Snacks: 1 Tropical Fruit Medley
1 Pantry Display, 8 Pantry Boxes.

The thing that got my attention with these guys is that their dehydrated food is done by low heat and not chemicals/freeze dried. They give a 15 year shelf life on their products, but also state that they can be kept much longer if kept cool... my guess is that 25 years is not unreasonable to think.

Gave it a shot.. Got the testers in monday and tried the chicken noodle soup.. I added rice pepper and salt.. LOL i want back for more.. 1 pouch could feed 2 people just fine by adding the rice you could feed 3..
But the price for each pack if you just bought it straight out i feel is a little high for what it is..
The 12 servings special is worth it
Thanks for the Info and it was good

I've ordered stuff from http://www.thereadystore.com/ and they are back logged on shipping for 5 to 7 weeks. Sometimes longer.

I've also ordered from Augason Farms and some of their stuff was back ordered for roughly 4 weeks.

You'll get your order, it will just take awhile unfortunately. Every time I order something I just hope the world won't fall to shit before I get it.

Gluten is a type of complex protein found in wheat, rye, oats, barley, spelt, and related grains and is present in most types of breads, cereals, pasta, and many processed foods. For the millions who have been diagnosed with celiac disease—an autoimmune disorder that causes the immune system to attack the intestines, eating gluten can mean a life of painful stomach cramps and severe digestive problems. Recent studies indicate that gluten-free diets may be beneficial for individuals experiencing osteoporosis, autism, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological and auto-immune disorders. Many of the GOFoods products are gluten free, so look for the icon if gluten is a concern in your diet.

I've been a member on Frugal Squirrels for a long time. It's a great board if you're interested in prepping.
