MSRP is not known at the moment, nor is there an expected date of availability.

Looks pretty slick. Would be better if it was a SA but still, the ability to switch between tubes means you can switch between slug or buck, bird shot or bean bag, etc., with just the push of a button and a shuck of the forearm.

It sure looks like a NeoStead 2000 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neostead). I'm curious if Kel-Tec has some existing agreement with Truvelo Manufacturers Ltd. of South Africa, the company that makes the NS2000?

I wonder if the Kel-Tec pumps backwards like the neostead.

Don't think so. If you look at the Neostead the receiver is wider than the forearm and it can't pass over it. On the KelTec the receiver to the rear of the forearm is narrower so it looks, to me at least, like it would cycle to the rear like a regular pump action.

Troooth.

Something about pullpup shotguns do it for me though, and alot of the ones on the market now just look like they were made by people who dont shoot firearms.

This one looks interesting! At least untill I see the price tag.

personally, i hate bullpups, but i still want a neostead. since ill probably never be able to get one of those, id consider this if the price wasnt too outrageous.

the neostead dosent have a provision to eject a shell without chambering a round, as the kel-tec boasts, but the neostead can be set to draw from one tube, or the other, or alternate between tubes, something the kel-tec didnt mention. i definately see the latter as a more desireable option.

The FBR is totally sweet, but every one I have seen had a huge price tag. I hope this shotgun doesn't go that way also.

I’ve got one similar to that. But mine is the 20 inch high capacity model. It’s heavy and the trigger pull sucks.
Looking at the Kel-Tec. They were not forced to use a factory trigger with linkage going to the forward trigger of the bullpup stock. like the 500 bullpup did. and the stock system looks a lot simpler and lighter.
It definitely looks like a major improvement. But I would want to shoot one before buying it.

+1, I have one too. It's clunky and feels like you're holding a supersoaker, but for the $270 I paid for it 7 years ago, I can't complain about being able to say I own a bullpup shotgun. :) I really hope Kel-Tec will be able to offer the KSG at a reasonable price, as I am definitely interested.

From the Kel-Tec website: http://www.keltecweapons.com/news/preview-kel-tec-shotgun-ksg
MSRP has not been officially been set, but we are looking at the $800.00 range.

As the Neostead's design is patented; KelTec better. :D
