Remington 597 vt

anybody own one? Been looking at one at the local gun shop, and this little rifle looks real good. Heavy barrel, will take most add on's that will fit an Ar-15.

Huh, didn't know they made this. Certainly looks cool. I wonder what the average street price is and if it's a dependable rifle?

The dealer that has it is asking $350 for it with a red, green, blue center dot from BSA. He said he had 4 of them and the first 3 people chose the 10/22 over these. It does feel good when when you shoulder it, nice balance.
