I have a Hogue overmold stock on my 10-22 right now. Very light, and such but I just don't like it. The mags kinda stick in the mag well too.
So I decided that a change was needed and ordered a Boyd's "Blaster" stock that was on sale - black textured finish. Here's a link - their pics are copyrighted and I can't copy them... http://www.boydsgunstocks.com/BLASTER-RUGER-10-22-920BC-BLACK-TEXTURED-FINISH-p/999-147.htm
I'm also going to take the fcg apart and slick it up and see how good I can get the trigger. I was going to buy a timney fcg but decided to try the trigger job first. The stock trigger is very heavy and rough.
I've got a 4x Nikon .22 scope on it which is a good match for the gun.
I'll post pics after I get it installed.
