How about a pistol grip conversion and a non-Chinese optic?

That's not for everyone.
He may not have the tools/know how for it.

I haven't done one, but I plan to and the only tools I have is a dremel, an electric drill and some generic hand tools. Seems straight forward enough with all the parts they make for them now like bolt on trigger guards and such. I was a plumber for a few years and learned to make things work without having the proper tools or special skills.

with all the talk about the pistol grip conversion I think I will do this.
Im looking at the Tapco G2 single kit for $31 and a grip bolt for $6
not sure what stock I will get yet.

the prosiger seems fairly simple

to bad the triger and hammer has to be replaced, would be nice to just move the triger up and toss the wishbone away.

Welcome to the group!

Is this what happens when your Saiga and AR-15 get too close together in your safe?? And the pistol grip a latent gene from another great rifle??? Just kidding. I always like to see how people like to customize their stuff making it a one of a kind! Enjoy your rifle and enjoy this site!!!!

Im thinking of getting the CAROLINA trigger guard, the screws would be in the inside and it looks sweet.

Just bought this arsenal SGL-21 for 500 (only a couple hundred rounds put through it by previous owner). Ordered and installed the ATI handgaurds and folding/collapsible stock. Can't wait to shoot it! (Plan on adding arsenal scope mount + red dot and night sight iron sights).
