What caliber? 5.45? If so, then yes, I would think they'd work just fine - but I've not seen the 5.45 Saiga to inspect the front trunion.

They will actually work with the .223 Saiga as do the poly and bakelight mags - if you mod your Saiga's front trunion by opening up the front to allow the mags to fit in. Some will say that you must then install a bullet guide but that's not been my experience. They only hold about 25 rounds though.
