Sure... 800lb log... I'm no physicist or engineer, but probably coming down with a 20,000-30,000 ft. lbs. of force!

Yep. Back in the 50's even the smallest of car were built like Sherman Tanks.
Of course there have been many cases documented on the internet of Katana swords chopping off the barrel of a Sherman Tank.
