Hard to believe - that was an excellent report. They used correct and specific terminology and got all of the salient facts out in a clear and consice manor.

Outstanding.

I do hope that this is a trend.

And I do hope that the somebitches that made the decision to do this are brought to trial for the murder of Agent Terry.

I saw that news program and I was shocked that CBS did what they did. They reported the facts accurately and you could see where they were going with it. It is criminal that the ATF would allow the purchase of guns they KNEW were headed south to arm the drug cartels. They had numerous times when they could have shut the operation down and arrested those responsible, before the killing of their agent, yet, the heads told their agents to "stand down" and let it progress. I forget the exact number of guns that went south, but it was a couple of thousand. I hope the FBI investigates and files charges against them and the Congress gets behind the investigation and reins them in. This is just one example of how rogue they have become. They flaunted the breaking of numerous federal firearms laws in front of those who knew better.

At the very least, I hope the brother, or family, of the agent killed sues the hell out of them for causing his death. Had they acted according to the letter of the law, that agent would still be alive and those guns wouldn't have crossed the border.

WOW, must be their once a year accurate truthful report to make up for the other 364 days..... Notice how they stuck a couple beltfed shots in there though....

You can bet Obama has instructed that scumbag travers to give them a reason to push for a new AWB....Looks like it might backfire on the out of control agency and the Democraps. Amazing there are a few standup(well relatively) agents to leak......That probably won't go on for long.

What should happen is for every BATFuck director that was involved and knowledgeble of these decisions to be fired and prosecuted for manslaughter.

And it was a Border Patrol agent that got killed BTW -not one of theirs...
