I fired some surplus 7.62x25 Tork in my PPS-43c, eventhough the primer looked well struck, the round failed to go off. Anyone else having this problem with surplus ammo?

I have seen people have problems with this type of ammo. We had a shoot in Ga. back in 2006 and one of the shooters that was there had plenty of problems
with his ammo. Good luck.

Let me guess, Polish surplus??
Worst ammo I've ever shot. Plenty of duds and split cases.

I think it's Yugo.

I think I have some Yugo somewhere, I'll have to look. The only bad ammo in that caliber that really stands out is Polish.
I used to reload for my CZ-52 with 85 gr. HPs and saboted .22.

I bet it's Czech ammo from the 1950's. Every type of Czech round from the 50's has shitty primers that seldom go off.
