Whats his definition of sux ... gritty, heavy, creepy?

Is is just a standard trigger and what does he want/expect?

I've smoothed out a few just by polishing ... replaced a couple with a RRA 2-stage ... but then I'm easy to please, there are far nicer triggers out there, just a matter of what you are willing to spend.

I have a Geissle Automatics Super Dynamic Combat Trigger (http://www.midwayusa.com/viewProduct/default.aspx?productNumber=913739) installed in my AR-15. It is an AWESOME 2-stage trigger if one has the money to spend! I like it a lot!

All of the above and an erratic release....

Talked to Saleen and got some advice... I suspect the guy will go with the RRA....

That looks like a good option also...

I have had good luck mixing and matching milspec lower parts to get a better trigger. Once you start filing you lose the heat treat wich is very thin and it gets gritty fast after you cut through it. If you can find some milspec parts that allow for a decent trigger you're way ahead. Then again you can always spring for the special triggers that are made for this function and leave the grinding to those who do not know any better.
