WI congress stripping budget impacts out of union limiting bill

Looks like the WI congress is going to get around the need for the democrats to vote on the union limiting bill by stripping out the budget impacting legislation.

Sort of screws up the argument of this being only fiscal in nature though doesn't it? Oh well you do what you can, when you can ;).... They need to pick a bunch of nonfiscal antiliberal things to pass laws on, make it clear the 14 senators are willing to give up everything for teachers to have free healthcare and great retirements.

My take on this: Pass what we can now, and once the knobs who fled the state return we'll pass the other stuff.
