Who likes hot or sweet peppers or who grows any. They are good for you and make you shoot better.

Here is a pic of my home crop. Super hungarians waiting to turn red. That means stop and eat LOL.

Unfortunately... been so dry here, my peppers have not been so good. Last year, I had a massive crop of jalapeņo, cayenne, chili, bananna, and the run of the mill green, yellow, and red peppers. This year... blah...

I did not plan ahead this year for peppers but I hit the local farmers markets and grab up some Serranos.

Yeah, I like peppers of all types. I am not growing any hot ones, just sweet bananna and bell peppers. I've gotten some huge Banannas this year, 8 to 9 inches long in some cases. Been letting them hang long enough to go red. They get really sweet that way.

We're trying to grow peppers here - but it's been a BAD year for gardens all around...

Yeah, the weather has been tough. About three weeks ago, my Vesuvius plum tree just dropped its leaves and gave up. I don't know if it went dormant or died. It seems kind of brittle though, so I'm thinking that it died. My dwarf plum tree didn't produce any plums at all this year. It had so many last year that the limbs were breaking.

I'm not a huge pepper fan, but I do like to include some jalapenos and pepperoncinis with my meals now and then.

I'm growing mine in an earthtainer. Keeps a constant moisture level.

Here's a link to how to make them and some info on how they work.

Is it located in the middle of grass? You need to be careful with the lawn weed treatment around trees or it will leach into the soil around the roots and affect the tree. You might otherwise have bugs or disease in the tree. Funny how fruit trees that you want to keep are so fragile and the trash trees and weeds fluorish no matter what you do to them.
