House passes bill to expand conceal and carry rights

JEFFERSON CITY - The House moved today to slacken the state's gun laws, passing a bill that would reduce the minimum age to conceal and carry, and allow all legislative staff to carry firearms in the state Capitol.
The bill received strong support from both sides of the aisle, passing by a 124-33 vote.
