Well, my (free) photo host is still up from before GNS came back online. You're welcomed to use it. So is anyone else.

LINK (http://three-dog.homelinux.com/cpg15x/login.php)

There are over 2 terabytes free, so feel free to put up anything you want.

You've never seen the dreaded square image that says "This image has been removed due to a violation of the terms of service"?

Yeah they censor.

I was using webshots, or something like that, and had put up a picture of a cat with a knife and received a half-dozen e-mails telling me that they had to remove it because it could be offensive to someone.

They must have been a real bunch of wieners.

Perhaps you should rephrase that as anything 'legal'...

Ya photobucket edits accounts, that's why I quit using 'em.

They are not as bad as NyetTube, but enough to be bullshit.

You all know that Guns Network does host pictures right?

You click on GALLERY above and start your own album, then upload your pictures.

Give it a try .....

it took a minute to figure out how to post a full size pic out of the gallery. now the question is how to delete a photo? there are no visible controls for any operation other than upload.

help us out GNS.

Once in your Gallery and in your album. Click on the photo and once the photo you click is blown up in front of you. Look on the upper right hand corner. PHOTO OPTION, click this and a drop down menu will have the delete option there.

i hate to break this to you boss, but.....

i just came from the Gallery to confirm this but us peons don't have that option. well at least this peon doesn't. what i have is this:

PHOTO OPTIONS:
Add to Favorites
Post a Comment
Report Photo
Receive Email Updates
Print View
Edit Photo

now when i click on Edit Photo i get this list of options:

Rotate CCW
Rotate CW
Flip Vertical
Flip Horizontal
Rebuild Thumbnail

there are also other things in Edit Photo like the ability to change the Title, Keywords and the Description but no delete feature is anywhere.

the only delete i've found so far is the ability to delete an entire Album of mine.

:oh:

hmmm, i still can't find any delete option. left click the thumb and it gets bigger. right click and i get my "in house" options for saving etc to my drive. once the image is big, left or right clicks are inoperative. photo options are still the same across the board.

and BTW, you gave us an "ADMIN" option (look to the left of my crappy red circle). i clicked it and it gave me a listing of things y'all have done recently in the gallery. i saw that and went back right quick. dunno if i could have done any damage but you might want to eliminate that option anyway. :D

oh yeah, and i am curious as to why a bunch of other users photo's show up when i have just selected "my photos". seems odd.

so far the only way I know of to get a full size image to post is to do a "left-click-sweep" across the pic to "highlight" it and then CTRL-V it into a post. this makes it a bit of a chore to put multiple images into one post but at least it does work.

err.....well it used to! for some reason the pic of yours that i did that with shows up in my post before i hit submit, but not after.
