I was curious what states are class 3,which ones are not ,or are all they with proper licensing?,directly my question pertains to Michigan,but i cannot seem to find the info on it

In AZ we just have to observe federal law.

MI currently allows any transferable FA.
Semiauto SBR's are a no (unless C&R)
SBS's are a no (unless C&R)
AOW's are a no
Suppressors.....we have been waiting on clarification for a few years now
DD's are a strange one....currently they are no, but that was supposed to change when suppressors were given the ok.

One of the reasons we moved to Arizona from New York was the more relaxed gun laws. No problems getting Class III weapons signed off in this county.

Not sure if that's accurate, I'm pretty sure silencers are vorbotten for us peons in MN, and I'm pretty sure SBR's don't have to be C&R since my Yugo "krink" was approved.... LOL\
I gotta check further into silencers since both sites you listed say silencers are okay.... I hope I'm wrong, I'd love to get a can.
