Thought we could make this a thread for posting pictures of knives that you either own, have owned or would like to own. If it takes off maybe I'll make it a sticky. Hopefully many of you will be more adept at photography tham myself but regardless, let's see some pictures.

My Spyderco folder collection.

Thank you. When I first started collecting I didn't care for the Spydie hole and kind of ignored Spyderco products. As you can see that didn't last long.

Boker is a line I haven't delved into yet but they have more then a few I'm interested in getting especially their Chad los Banos collaborations. I've got one of their Argentine Tree Brand Large Gauchos which is a sweet, large sodbuster and a heck of a value.

Nice! That far right one looks fairly old, military issue? A Navy Ka-Bar is on my short list, just haven't gotten it yet. I do have a Becker BK-2 which is made Ka-Bar and it's a great knife.

A bit of Ka-Bar trivia. The USMC issued their first Ka-Bar branded knife 66 years ago. Wonder if they still do?

K-Bar's... I gotta get me one of those. Nice!

I have knives stashed all over the place - not really collections, just knives for specific uses stashed with that stuff...

Here's my most recent purchase:

That's true as far as regular production goes. They have made a few runs as I understand it from parts on hand, the last one was a couple of months ago. IIRC BladeHQ got some but the prices were really up there.

FYI

Knifeworks had 23 model 42's yesterday, 6/14/11. At least 12 of them were gone within 5-10 minutes of them being offered. Within four hours the listing was pulled from their website so I presume that even at $280 ea they were all gone. Not bad, over $1600 in sales per hour.

Not knives exactly, just yard working tools but they make me happy. I have a big yard.

Nice ones OG. The first two, Woodmans Pal and the Gerber are on my "Want List". Is that a Cold Steel Kukri? If so how do you like it?

i have 2 cold steel Kukris.

Both are very tough, light weight but can chop anything down you come across.

Wasn't to sure when I bought it but it swings nice in the hand, kind of taking the place of my Woodmans Pal except in real tight spots where the hook is still the thing to have. The others are all Cold Steel and as you can tell by the file marks on the straight one it gets used the most because of its reach. The others win the day working along side the fence. I haven't used the 2 handed one yet. I keep taking it out with me but the jobs always call for the short ones so it just sits in the back of the mule waiting for its day.

I wanted to lighten one up a little and I can't even drill through it. Just leaves a little mark.

Not bad for the $20 I paid .
