Here is JA Freeman's site....one of the first references/stickys when we were newbies....format has changed a bit. I see it is part of the AK-47.us group now.

Nice post recon! I have documentation to show that Norinco was not only the exporter, but also a manufacturer, but try to tell that to some people.

Norinco, and other Chinese companies, definitely knew how to build quality AK's. I had a Norinco under-folder and a solid stock AK (both in 7.62x39). Both were fine firearms. I preferred Chinese mags over Russian or eastern European mags.
